Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for orders over $20.
For orders under $20, a shipping fee of $8.99 will be charged at checkout.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your order.
After your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email may include tracking information when available.

We accept return and exchange requests within 60 days of delivery.
If 60 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
We may not accept returns for items that are used, damaged, altered, missing parts, or returned without prior authorization.

When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product and package, if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts
Our customer service team will review your request and reply by email. Most requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, such as a defective product, incorrect item, or missing item, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or other support.
If the return is not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please do not send any item back before contacting our customer service team. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
After the refund is issued, it may take 1–3 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or issuing bank.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange and your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement after confirming the issue or receiving the returned item, depending on the situation.
